So heres the interview!

Can you remember when your interest for music started? and what made you wanna start playing music/sing?

well, Hi there Anette. :-)
Actually my first memory of music I think was when I was a little kid, maybe 2 years or so
& t
he song SURFIN´ BIRD by THE TRASHMEN got on the radio. Since then I remember there where always music in my life.
My mom played a lot of cool music to me.
So I´m kinda raised with music.
 When/what did/made you deside to start playing/singing music ?

I think I was somewhere around 7 or 8 when I decided to be a rockstar.
I just wanted to be just as cool as the guys on tv, with big hairs, blood & stuff.
What made you choose the instruments you play?

I've allways loved the beats in music,
I remember that I just LOVED the sound of hard snare & heavy bass drum,
so drums were the thing.
How did you learn to play your instrument /sing like you do?

In the beginning I sat in my boyroom practicing.
I had one hour/day since we had neighbors who wasn´t that happy.
but I played every day that hour at home. Then i started to take lessions .
That was kinda boring. So when i got the chance to join a punk band (DAGENS DUMHETER)
with an older guy who learned me some stuff .

Do you remember the first song you learned to play/sing to?

Unfortunetly I don't. :-( It might have been OH SUSANA on my moms really untuned piano

Which musicians has had the most impact on you ?

Oh, thats a big one. let me think...
DUNAWAY & NEAL SMITH from THE ALICE COOPER GROUP, TOMMY LEE from MÖTLEY CRÜE etc. etc. etc. I could make the list long as hell. I think everyone of the artists I listen to has some kind of impact on me in one way
or another, thats why i listen to them.

Do you have any musicians you have learned from?

Every musicians I´ve ever played with have learned me something in some way.

What does playing music means to you?

It´s my life,

Can you remember and describe your very first instrument? And what it ment to you?

I borrowed a drumkit from my uncles wife, It was an old cool LUDVIG-set. It ment the world to me.

Are you ever influenced by old records & tapes?

Ive always been, I listen to old records every day. I love to find new cool stuff in old records.

what music do you listen to when you´re not in the studio/rehearsal room?

I listen to all kinds of generes, I like black, thrash, speed metal,punk,60s & 70s rock,
house techno.

How and when did you get your band together?

If you mean FUCK FRANKIE? well that you can read about in the interviews with them. :-) If you mean my old bands, I`ve usually found someone at a party or something
or they found me.
I don´t remember ever looking for a band, they just came to me some how.

What kind of concerts do you like to go to yourself?

I like small gigs at small places. I like when the artists have contact with the audience.

Is it difficult for you to balance your music-career with your personal-life?

No, I´m kinda the same guy on stage as of stage. so there is no big problem.

What is your best music related memory?

My first concert was TWISTED SISTER 1986.
It was amazing & I could`nt wait to get on a stage myself.

Listening to your records (Fuck Frankie) , I can hear you have your own drum sound ,
is this something you have worked hard on to achieve?

I actually don't know. I never tought of my drumming. I allways think I could do better, So I didn´t know I had my own style. :-) Its fun to hear. :-)

As mentioned earlier , you where the bassplayer in Jennyfer Star and the clusterbombs . How was that experience for you ?

It was fantastic. I was fed up with bands and all that shit for a long time,
But when I saw that Jennyfer needed a bassplayer I tought to myself: what the hell,
I´ll try again. I´ve been listening to Jennyfers old band STARLET SUICIDE & I was in love with
her musically. I love her way of writing music & the way she sings. When the band broke up I had won a friend for life and I love her to death.
